Ashleigh Rattan

Ashleigh is a registered psychologist with a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and has experience across school settings, community services, and private practice. Ashleigh is passionate about supporting clients to feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to achieve meaningful growth.
In therapy, Ashleigh uses evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural strategies, distress tolerance skills, emotional regulation interventions, social–emotional skill development, and developmental frameworks. She tailors her work to each individual’s age, strengths, and goals, and supports a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural challenges, and learning or developmental differences.
Ashleigh is committed to neurodiversity-affirming, gender-affirming, and culturally responsive practice. She strives to make sessions engaging, practical, and grounded in strategies that translate effectively to home, school, work and everyday life. Above all, Ashleigh aims to create a safe and compassionate space where clients and families feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Ashleigh is available for appointments on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
