Cancellation Policy:

Eltham Therapy Centre charge cancellation fees for late cancellations or non-attendance of appointments, as this time has been set aside for you and cannot always be filled at short notice.  When this occurs, other clients who need to be seen are disadvantaged and your practitioner does not get paid; Medicare and other third party funders do not cover cancellation fees, and as such these fees are your responsibility and become due immediately.

In order to avoid these fees, please provide us with notice as per our current policy;

Acknowledgement of country

This service is provided on the stolen lands of the Wurundjeri People. Sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

Also: about our practice: located in a welcoming, family centred multidisciplinary clinic. There's lots of parking over the road. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer wheelchair access at this site.
